What are the methods for disassembling cnc machining bearings?

Cnc machining is an automated machine tool that can be processed efficiently and has many functions. The bearing is a component processed by cnc, and its main function is to support the rotation of the machine, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement and ensure its reversal accuracy. In this chapter, we mainly describe the methods for disassembling the bearing.

1. Percussion

The time of striking will converge on the inner ring of the CNC machined bearing. This method is relatively simple, but it is easier to harm the bearing. When disassembling, place it on the underground object pad of the bearing, and then tap it with a hammer to remove the bearing.

2. Pull out method

Using a special pull tool, only need to rotate the handle, the cnc machined bearing can be pulled out. In the meantime, it should be noted that the pull tool must be stuck on the end face of the bearing inner ring and the bending angle of the pull tool is less than 90°.

3. Push method

This method can be completed with a press, and it is relatively safe for cnc machining of bearings, but it should be noted that the focus of the press should be placed on the center of the shaft.

4. Hot dismantling method

Pour a 100° bearing oil pot on the CNC machined bearing. The principle of thermal expansion and contraction is that the bearing will expand after being heated. At this time, it can be pulled out with a pull tool. Use this method to be smaller and avoid being scalded.

5. Induction heating method

This method is better. Induction current occurs in the cnc machining bearing ring, and then the bearing will heat up and swell, so that we can disassemble the spindle more conveniently.
